The OSRAM management experts came to Threecon to guide lean production

 On November12th-14th, 2012, the 6 OSRAM management experts came to Threecon to guide lean production. First, the experts inspect the production site of our company; put forward some problems about site management, through communication and interviews, aimed at the questions, make some guidance. After communication meeting, four experts aimed at “How to Reduce Production Cost” and carry out drilling with our company team members.
